Frequently Asked Questions
This list is not extensive, you are very welcome to email or telephone me with any other questions you may have.
Q: What are your charges?
A: The first consultation is free and dependent upon your needs this
could take the form of either a telephone call or via an appointment
to visit me. Once the consultation is completed, I should have
a better idea of the time involved, but charges vary from £50 to £70
per session (usually about an hour).
Q: Is what you are offering suitable for me?
A: The simple answer is "I don't know" and that is why I make an open offer to all
potentials client of the first consultation being free. It is
very important that we both fee comfortable with each other. If we
are not comfortable with each other, the results could be
disappointing.
Q: How long will this take?
A: A session usually lasts around an hour. Phobias can be cured within as little as two
sessions. Personal and
Business Coaching are things that can be dipped in and out of, two
this week, one next month, one next year - dependent on what you
want to achieve. A successful eczema treatment requires you to practice various techniques
at home - so the time scale is dependent upon your commitment, but results
should start to be obvious within eight sessions.
Q: I have a fear of ... can you help?
A: Yes - flying, spiders, dogs, claustrophobia,
agoraphobia and many other phobias all respond well to a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP
and EFT. You are not alone, you are not stupid, you have developed
an irrational fear that with help can be overcome.
Q: I have eczema - can hypnotherapy
help?
A: Surprising as it may seem, in many case yes it can, if you visit
the Links Page on this site you will be directed to supportive
documentation.
Q: Can you help me with a business
problem?
A: Coaching has proven to be very successful in dealing
with many business problems. I coached someone who thought they
were destined to keep missing promotion to move up the
ladder; someone who worked for a major UK bank knew they needed to
alter their forceful style - especially at Board meeting - but did
not know how has now overcome this problem, now they have techniques
to overcome the problem; someone who felt they were invisible within
their organisation now heads a department.
